PAYMENT DATA

- We use payment gateway service providers like Razorpay and also other platforms like Stripe / Paytm for processing payments. We/payment service providers do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

- Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

AMENDMENT OF PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed in conducting our business in accordance with principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. This company reserves its right to amend or modify in any manner as it deems fit the Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole and absolute discretion.

SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY

- Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours (shipped with a maximum of 72 hours and minimum within 12 hours depending upon stock availability) (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of payment and order confirmation email and are shipped via reputed logistics partners (Couriers / India Post). We take all the safety measurements to ensure safe delivery and all the orders are packed as per industry standards.

- As soon as your package is shipped, we will email the customer the available order package tracking information.

- Shipment tracking details may also be sent via SMS through the booked logistics partners.

- Logistics partners will be able to deliver the shipment during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm (Or their mentioned working hours/days). Logistics partners working days may exclude public holidays and Sundays.

- Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our logistics partners and transporters due to weather conditions/calamities and local law and order issues/strikes.

- No change in address/delivery instructions will be permitted once the order has been confirmed from the client side.

- We will NOT redirect or redeliver the order to any address other than the one entered by the Customer.

- In the event of execution failure of delivery, no redelivery will be attempted for COD orders, and reshipping is done to the same order only when the customer contacts us immediately and makes the online payment for the missed COD orders.

- Failed deliveries will be redirected to our head office after the completion of the waiting period that is mentioned by the logistics partners. The customer is advised to call us within 24 hours to arrange the re-shipping of their order with the correct details.

- We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees may apply if necessary.

- Cancellation cannot be requested once an order is shipped out from our warehouse. If not, then we will validate your request and begin the refund process. It could take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account or through the original mode of payment.

- Purchases made from teamelange.com cannot be returned. Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of preservatives. To keep things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise.

- However, we will gladly issue a full refund for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. We will offer full replacement of products if received in damaged condition. Simply contact us for further return of the damaged products.

- Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone. However, postage will be charged at actuals. To investigate the order replacement for damages, it is necessary to send the photographs/unboxing video (if available) of the shipment package within one working day from the shipment delivery date.

- Replacement orders and refunds if any will be processed only if the query is raised within 7 days of placing the orders. Any queries or concerns beyond 7 days from the order confirmation date will not be entertained.

- Please allow one to three weeks’ time from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

NOTE: For customers who have purchased products through offline mode i.e., from any retail stores/authorized distributors, return/refund shall be as per their terms of sale and please refer to their terms and conditions for returns and refund policy.
